How do I return an item?

If you are not satisfied with any style, pattern or colour, please follow our guidelines for returns

  • All returns require a Return Authorization Form
  • All returns must be postmarked within 15 days of receipt. Returns sent after this time will not be honored.
  • The merchandise must be in its original condition with the original tags.
  • We do not refund shipping charges.
  • We do not accept returns/exchanges on any discontinued/sale items. Any and all sale items purchased on are non-refundable.

Please be advised that items that do not conform to the above guidelines are not returnable. They will be returned to you at your expense.

Damaged/Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged or incorrect, you must notify us via email within 6 business days of receiving the merchandise. We'll email you a Canada Post label for returning the merchandise. A replacement will be sent at our cost to ship.

How do I ship the items back to Watuko Headgear

A Return Authorization form issued by Watuko Headgear will be supplied. Fill out the Return/Exchange form and include it in the package. (Please note that being issued an RA form does not guarantee automatic approval/credit of your return. Items are still subject to inspection.)

Please note: Watuko Headgear will apply a 10-25% restocking fee on all returns that are not authorized.
All returns must be approved prior to shipping back.
