HOW DO WE APPLY FOR TERMS
Terms are available for stores who have a great credit rating, have been in business over 5 years and have completed a credit application. Please be advised we will contact your credit references. The process may take a little time. If a credit card is not you preferred method of payment we will also accept email transfers. Please ask your rep for details.


HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO SHIP
Once payment is in order it typically takes 2 days to process and ship an order. We ship Canada Post expedited or Fed ex, (Whichever gives us the best rate to your door)and once in transit can take between 3 and 5 days.


IF WE ARE NOT HAPPY WITH A PATTERN OR COLOUR CAN WE RETURN IT
Absolutely, satisfaction guaranteed! We accept returns or exchanges within 10 days of receipt of your order. You can ship an item back from the corresponding invoice and we will credit your account for 100% of the product cost or send you a refund, whichever you prefer. Unless an item is shipped by mistake or there is a defect in the product, we do not pay for the return shipping costs.


DO YOU HAVE SALE OR DISCOUNT PRODUCTS
NOT OFTEN! Watuko does not typically put any item on sale. We change our patterns continuously to provide new and exciting product to our customers ongoing so there is seldom overstock items. We also encourage our retailers to never put Watuko Headgear on Sale either. Like all other seasonal gear you may need to discount the winter items come end of season but the multifunction and reversible Bandeaux headbands are all seasons. No need for blowing these out...ever. From time to time as we retire patterns we may have some that need clearing tomato room for new items. These you will find here on the site under Retired Items.
